Privacy Policy

We collect the information needed to operate 365W, including:

• Account details, such as your username and email address. Passwords are stored only as one-way password hashes.
• Essential session identifiers used to keep you signed in and protect your account.
• Technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser user agent, request logs, playback allowance, and security events.
• Membership and transaction details, such as the plan selected, payment status, currency, and provider reference. 365W does not receive or store full card details.
• Messages you send to our support address.

We use this information to provide accounts and streams, process membership access, enforce viewing limits, answer support requests, prevent abuse, secure the service, diagnose faults, and comply with legal obligations.

365W uses essential secure cookies for sign-in sessions and, when you choose an external sign-in provider, short-lived cookies that protect the authentication flow. We also use browser session storage to remember a checkout selection. With your permission, a separate first-party campaign cookie remembers public UTM campaign tags for up to 30 days. Your allow/decline choice is saved in local storage. This optional cookie is not needed to sign in, watch, or pay.

We use cookie-free analytics to understand how visitors use 365W and improve the service. This includes pages visited, referral sources, approximate location, browser and device type, and interactions such as playback and checkout starts.

Cookie-free traffic analytics excludes account details, payment credentials and private account pages and is retained for one year. We do not record your screen or keystrokes. We respect your browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings and any previously saved analytics opt-out.

If you allow campaign measurement, we link the campaign tags present when you register or start checkout to your account and order on our own server. This helps compare advertising spend with confirmed purchases. We do not send your account identity to traffic analytics or store advertising click IDs, payment credentials, or full referral URLs. Linked campaign records are retained with the account and transaction records described below, not under the one-year traffic analytics retention period.

You can change your choice here. Declining clears the campaign cookie and stops future capture in this browser; it does not erase records already attached to an account or order. Browser privacy signals override an allow choice. Contact us to request access or deletion.

To show approximate local-currency prices on the membership page, we infer your country from your IP address using a database stored on our own server. This lookup does not send your IP address to a geolocation provider, request precise device location, or maintain a separate per-visitor location cache. Database updates and exchange-rate downloads do not include visitor IP addresses or account or payment details.

We share only the information needed with infrastructure, stream delivery, payment, and optional authentication providers that help us operate the service. A hosted payment provider processes payment credentials under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

We retain account and membership records while your account is active and as needed for support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. Session records expire automatically. Operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed. We use encrypted transport, secure session cookies, access controls, and password hashing, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

You may update basic account details from your account page. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. 365W is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact us.
